Funding for the Pine Street School Foundation's teacher grants for the coming school year will be determined by dollars raised during this year's fundraising campaign, which ends May 1.
Building upon steady growth since its inception in 2009, the Foundation aims to surpass 200 donors to this year's annual campaign and reach the historic milestone of $200,000 in funds raised over the life of the Foundation. The fundraising goal for this year's campaign is $30,000.

Over the last six years, the Foundation has awarded more than $115,000 in grants to teachers of grades K - 5. Teachers apply for grants each April and recipients are announced by the end of May so that projects can be implemented in the following school year. Gifts to the Foundation received by May 1 of each year determine the level of funding to be awarded for the coming year.
